Receiving calls from this number claiming they are going forward with a warrant for a breach of contract. They are calling both my cell and my work number and harrassing me.

This company calls me on the 10th and 27th of every month, it's the same voice recording 'This is a message from Group Solutions Collect..." and they leave a call back number.This is a collection agency who has purchased uncollected bad debt from a company for 1/4 of the value then they go after you for the whole balance. They use the contact information from the original company and/or contact info from your credit file to get in touch with you. If this is a legitimate collection call, based on an actual unpaid debt that you owe, their strategy is to have you pay a small amount on the debt, or have you confirm your new info so they can mark the debt as re-opened or renewed, making it appear on your credit report as new debt with a recent date; which gives them another 5 - 7 years to collect.They use this strategy to ensure they can still legally go after you for the unpaid balance before the limitations kicks in. Which can be 5 to 7 years. They will threaten you, call anyone that is associated with you like friends, family and work all in an effort to extend the limitations date.They will plead with you and convince you that you’ll go to jail, be taken to court, ruin your and your family’s credit forever. Their goal here is to renew the date on the file, which is done by you paying an amount, any amount.If you have no interest in paying, then do not contact this company at all. Get a call blocker (like TrueCaller) to filter these guys out and forget about them. If the debt is weighing heavy on your conscience then contact the original company that debt is owed to, see if you can pay it directly. And if they tell you that the account has been sent to collections, then ask them which agency. This will ensure that you are paying the true owner of your debt. Then cross your fingers that will remove the debt from your credit file.If they are calling you in error (wrong phone number) then make an attempt to call them and tell them so. Also mention that the number is a mobile number and that you ‘acquired it just recently’. They may believe that number once belonged to the debtor and is no longer valid.

A man by the name of Jim McNeil from Admin Recovery a debt collection recovery company called my number asking to call him back for a personal business. I called him back, he was looking for some one else and not me. He apologized for inconvenience and said he will take my number off their list. My caller ID showed (716) 276-9270 but he left his return call # (855) 777-0152 x351 (WilliamsVL, NY near Buffalo).

I got a phone call also from admin recovery and the caller id showed it as: 1-716-276-9270 and said to call back 855-777-0152 ext: 356
