I've gotten numerous calls a week over the last month from this number. I never answer it but I can tell you that I am not affiliated in any way with Humana. This stinks of a scam and would certainly recommend that no one give any info of any kind to these people.
I received a call from 858-401-7167 at least two to three times a day, but they did not leave a voice message. Then, I called them back, and it answered a Market Reseach firm. I simply blocked that number.
Called four times in last week. They hung up when answering machine came on. Caller ID = Research Center.
Feb.10,2017--- Received call on my cell phone # which is on the "Do Not Call"list.Came at 7:30 PM Eastern time. Woman said her name was Monica.Lots of noise in background. I just hung up.
it said to me may I talk too the Male in charge at this home. I didnt response this is apartment house I know its a scam. don't ever pick up a number you dont know
Very stupid woman with Bostonian accent who would not shut up. Now blocked.
Whoever these people are they seem to not be willing to remove from call list. Even though they said they would. Keeps on calling and it won't stop. Usually legit companies will remove from call list and in a few days they stop calling. Not these people. This may be a scam or a DATA mining operation of some sort. Either way I may end up reporting them to the phone company for blocking.
I have my phone service through Time Warner Cable The WONDERFUL thing about my phone through them is they have Call Blocking. You can put any number on your "block" lis such as all these stupid advertisements and telemarketing calls and basically any number you want. When the caller dials your phone number they will hear a pre-recorded message. Your home phone will not ring. It's GREAT!!!

They called stating they are from FCC and someone registered phone number with Verizon in Washington DC yet send mail to different state etc...fell scammers, not native US/English speaking female
Definitely being excessively stalked and this is the # they use for my voicemail. I have cricket wireless supposedly but cannot get full or secure access to any device OR acct.
