Seems to call a couple of times a day. No one on the line. They used to call about continuing a free subscription for a person in our office. When the person wasn't available, they wanted me to give out company information - which I didn't and put them in voice mail.Anyway, since now there isn't anyone on the other end - no sound, I pick up the receiver and then hang it up.
I picked up and it was someone trying to re up a trade mag subscription for a former employee.
Actually a legit outfit. They publish trade magazines most of which are fairly highly respected in their industries and involve no cost to the subscriber. Ads finance production. Why they choose to update their subscription info on an 800 number using a boiler room full of folks in another country, who behave badly, is a mystery. They come off as very bush league.
Said they were from the Center for Public Safety and had a whitepaper they would like to send about wireless security.They provided my info except for my email and asked how big the company was.They said they would send out the whitepaper.

I answered this one out of curiosity as I usually don't answer calls from numbers I don't know. Another annoying robocall. This time claiming to be calling from Medicare.
Would give it zero stars if I could.
Because I didn't know who the caller was, I sent it to voicemail. The caller did not leave a message and hung up. I assumed it was another robo call and when I checked this site my assumption was confirmed.
