I get a call from them every year to renew my subscription to Network World. The verification took less than a minute. I work in the IT Department and enjoy the magazine.

I have reached an all new anger level with this company. If you look right above, I just posted a few days ago. Their new tactic is to call and ask for who they're looking for, then right away they say they are returning their call. I said that's not possible since he wouldn't call you guys, and just proceed like nothing asking for an assistant to renew a subscription. Blocking them is not an option since the calls go to different numbers and I get them if no one answers. I'm stuck and it angers me. They are flat out lying about returning a call to someone. HOW ARE THESE PLACES IN BUSINESS? :(

Constantly getting calls from these people wish they would leave me alone. I have asked them to put me on the Do not call list yest I keep getting calls

calls from 860-589-0220.. caller says "hello"...no message...hangs up

Called, but heard nothing but air. Hung up on them before waiting any longer. Time is valuable. I'm not wasting it on butt holes.

Can't stand these solicitors calling during work. Over and over day in and day out. Even collectors by law can call at most 2 times a week. These magazine sales call are scum.

I am so fed up w/this place and their tactics. This is my 3rd post on this thread. They call and say they are returning a voice mail and I know that's not true. I called her out on the fact that the person whom she is trying to reach would never have called them, and she just ignores me and asks if I'm interested renewing their magazine subscription. I asked her again whose call she is returning, she just hung up. I can't block these jerks!!!

Whoever is on the other end isn't very sharp. Answering machine picks up, and they say Hello? Hello? Quit calliing!

@ Stew Meat.... I can't block them either at my place of business. I have gotten to where I have a typewritten list of all offenders (at least recent ones) in front of me. I typed it in numerical order so it's easier to find. When they call, I calmly lift up the receiver and place it back down again. This way, they ignorant people who can't find a REAL job don't annoy me anymore than necessary. Hope it gets better for you.

No response.Caller ID: Connecticu Call. I've had "Unknown Caller" and "Private Caller" in the days before. Coincidence?
