They call and I answer and then they say nothing......who are these idiots????????

Caller said she was Shelby with Desktop Publishing magazine asked for our Director of Mfg to update his subscription but he hasn't subscribed before. Thanks for the heads up.

Caller ID shows Bristol Ct, recording asking for one of our employees, if you're not that person don't listen to the message further, blah, blah, blah. I'm sure it is a collection firm.

860-589-0220 has been calling me almost every day. I have not been picking up, though I may have once or twice in the past, with no one on other end and call ending abruptly. Today a call came in, and it went to voicemail, but there was just electronic hiss, and no msg.

Definitely a schill

There's a slew of these callers out there. It's not neccessarly dangerous. They are free magazine companies. You get them free (business mags) but they keep calling for marketing info. Who are you? what rank position, you have authority to recommend or buy products, lots of job questions. They always say they will only be a minute but it's always like 10 to 15 minutes on the call. I had 5 magazines so you can imagine how I was with these calls coming in. I cancelled them all and NOW they call to RENEW. I have to hang up. No choice.

Caller ID said "GRAFFAM S"No message left.

Just got a call from them. It sounded as if it originated from a call center.

I just started getting calls from this number. Mostly no-message voice mails. The caller is a magazine subscription salesperson. If you subscribe to even one trade journal, then every other industry magazine wants for you to take their magazine as well. They CONSTANTLY update their databases, so the calls never end. The journal I subscribe to is very good, but the annoying calls make it almost not worth receiving it.

Same experience. Area code is Bristol CT.Block it if you can.
