I, too, have gotten calls from the 011 862-824-5225 number. In fact, I have gotten 83 calls (including the one this am) in 14 days. I called my wireless carrier (Verizon) and they say the only way to get these calls to stop is to change my phone number. This phone number calls 7:30 pm, 8:18 pm, 8:40 am, 10:43 am. If I don't answer, then they call again a minute later. This rather annoying since I can't block or assign a 'mute' ringer.. ugggg

It's a collection agency. Have been getting calls constantly since I've been delayed with my mortgage payment.

Today I got a call from this number, and when I answered, I could hear someone hang the phone up on me. It came up as an Unavailable number however when I tried to return the call 01186282452253 dialed and informed me that I couldnt make international calls...then later this evening I received another call from the same number.....very strange indeed.

Its Verizon i have a friend in santiago panama we talk every day and last night this unavaibel number come up when she call me 01186282452253 so i ask her if she was calling from her cell yes she was the same thing happened today when she call me in the morning so what h---ll is it verizon who knows i would like to find out.

I got a call from this number 86282452253 and answered it. They asked me if I was taking medication and told me they could save me money on it. When I told them I was not on any medication, they seemed shocked and kept asking me if I was taking sleeping medication or pain killers. I am thinking someone else sold my name and number to this company. Kept telling me he was calling from the US with a strong Indian accent.

Keep getting calls from Unavailable. Saved to Contacts and then got the number. 86282452253. I went into edit on this contact and assigned a single ring ringtone to this caller. Doesn't stop the calls, but at least it is less annoying when they come. AND OF COURSE......VERIZON IS OF NO HELP... They say the only thing they can do about it is to give you a new number. Verizon could really start giving some CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The call came with a spoofed caller id 862-824-525-3. I received a voice mail one minute later from a person with a strong accent (coincidence???) stating to call Sandy at Washington University 314-747-9270. Don't have any idea who would be calling on my business cell phone. Filing complaint with my carrier and FTC

They call my cell phone abt 3 to 4 times a day! If its that important, I do have voicemail!!

I'm getting these calls too day and night. Same annoying lack of help from verizon. Verizon needs to do something to serve its customers much better.

I'm getting exactly the same trouble from this number -- 2-3 calls / day, 11 digit # (862-824-52253), no one there except background noise if I answer, unable to block, shows as UNAVAILABLE. VERY ANNOYING! I haven't tried talking to Verizon yet, but will check my billing. Seems like harassment case to me, but who do I file a complaint/restraining order to? This crap of spoofing phone numbers, etc. should have stopped years ago. And folks complain about the internet... :) Also, why has this number/organization been allowed to do this for over 2 years??????? To bad we can't get them to start calling someone in congress - that'd get the calls to stop asap.
