Called my DO-NOT-CALL land-line at 12:10 Pacific, with the usual "lower your credit-card rate" scam.They must have been using a bad VOIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol) connection, because the voice-quality was bad, and words were dropping-out.Caller-ID said "Unavailable", and I'll guess that they spoofed the area-code (863/Florida), to dodge any complaints against their number.They first asked for my credit-card's expiry date, and then for the 16-digit credit-card number.From sites like 'www.canada411.ca', they matched my telephone-number with my name and address, as if trying to prove that they were "Master Card Services" calling me.They hung-up on me when I delayed too long in providing my credit-card number.

go to donotcall (dot) gov and file a complaint. They have called me every day for the past week.

Calls every day, why can't these people be stopped. Do not call lists don't matter, why isn't someone held accountable for there infractions!!!!!!

I receive daily calls from "Carmen" with a final courtesy call about my credit cards. I can press 1 to speak with a representative or 3 to be removed from their list. (why do you need to be removed from a list if this is a final call?) pressing 3 does no good. some days I press 1 and when I try to speak with a customer service representative to be removed from their call list, they hang up on me.

I am receiving DAILY calls from this number to "lower my interest rate". Please stop whoever is calling me.

If you want to get rid of them. Take the call and wait until you are speaking to a real person. Take a referee's whistle and blow it loudly into the phone. After their eardrum has exploded I doubt if they will call you again.

About the 10th call I have gotten this robo call to lower my credit card bills. I have asked them numerous times to remove my number and they say yes, thank you then call again. I am on the so called "do not call" list and apparently that doesn't work; however, I am going to their site today to file a claim.

This company calls us as many as 4 times a day! They say they can lower our CC interest rate.( Ours is 1/2 of what they offer). I have asked them to take us off their calling list and they hang up on me.
