Robocaller. Spoofed number. Credit Card Scam. Since they don't have a scam option for the call type, I'll leave it as unknown...

These people are from a large international crime syndicate.

Larry, you are talking about criminals. They aren't going to check with Do Not Call, any more than a burglar will ask permission before kicking in your front door. They're predators. Their scam numbers would have mutated anyway, whether you had reported them or not. They don't know you did. DNC is impotent. Don't answer the phone. Check here to validate that it was a scammer. If it wasn't, you can always call back. Warning people here can help others. Reporting to DNC is useless, they are there to "follow trends," not to protect you. The scammers are faster and more skilled than our govt IT anyway, more motivated, and always evolving too quickly to be caught.

...what can they do anyway???? Share your information with other scammers and hackers! All your personal info is out there to be gleaned by hackers who know how. Increase the robocalls to forty a day! Register you for all sorts of catalogs including pornography of the most violent, graphic kind. Ruin your credit just to show you whose "twinkie" is bigger. Get you to waste your time calling them back, as you have said you will do. And if you do call them back, you may find added charges on your phone bill. It isn't "delusional." It's no skin off their noses if you are angry and out of control and start to call them with vulgarities. If you decide to waste your time lowering yourself to their despicable level, they will have won, because you have made yourself their b***h. Congratulations... they have dommed you, just so you will have a moment of satisfaction cussing at them. The price you will pay is worse, just for that moment of pleasure. It is you who are "delusional" or, more likely, just angry and ignorant. That's not a putdown: ignorance is just a lack of information, and is educable. Please... don't borrow trouble. But it's your sanity, do what you want. I learned the hard way that the best thing to do, if you are really intent on reducing it all, is to check CID while eavesdropping on Call Screening. The robocalls invariably hang up during my outgoing message, and usually are easy to spot on CID. And come here for the few you aren't sure about, and if there are complaints, you've been validated. Don't block a number, or they will just spoof a new one. I can guarantee that this technique will reduce the number of robocalls, even though they will never ablate entirely. So... are you going to yell at them and pay a price, or are you going to be effective and not answer?

They call ever single day; I have yet to answer the phone. This company has also spoofed my home phone number. Reported it - nothing ever done.

Thank God they told me it is my final notice.

The only way to de-stress I've found is to add it to your contact list with the Name of SCAM (and any other notes you want to make- I place it under the "zzzz - Scam 10-13-15). It's easy to read, ignore the call; and after some time, they give up. I made the unfortunate mistake on the 13th of Oct to answer and got the robo. I thought I had to answer as I'm job hunting.

They call several times a day. I ask to be taken off the list and they either cuss at me or just hang up
