This number calls me several times a week. I have never picked up. They usually don't wait for the voice mail to pick up but today they did. A recording said: "Press one now to find out the terms conditions and associated changesbefore the next billing cycle. Again this is your final notice as it relatesto the financial stimulus so press one now to take advantage of this today." Think this will be my final notice?!!!

They called me twice today and I have never answered their scam calls. My phone rings to my fax machine because of them and they have called every day M-F for the whole month of October. Wonder what they expect to get out of the fax machine?

Yaknow, what I don't understand is why they aren't more imaginative about what they put on CID. Everyone should know that Consumer Svcs is gonna be scammers, and ignore the call. Anything that says Benefits, Senior, Life, Consumer, Info Survey, unknown number, Alert, Auto Care, or strange initials. I guess I am glad they are so stoopid!

Pretty much the same story as everyone else. They have been calling me every day (sometimes twice a day) for the last several weeks on my cell phone. I do not answer, as the number does not have a caller name attached to it. Just shows as coming from Florida. But it is most annoying.

If you folk filed complaints we might be free of this 'perp'

It doesn't matter if you answer or not they call about 3 times a week and we DONOT answer ever.

You're foolish to divulge ANYTHING to them, whether true information or not. In fact, try not to answer the phone at all if they are scammers, and you can tell that by checking here before you do.

Politely asking a criminal to take you off their list is like asking a burglar not to break into your house, or asking a flea not to bite your dog. You need to become less naive and more preemptive, and not answer scam calls. Look at your caller ID and use Call Screening. Robocalls will disconnect during or by the end of your outgoing message. Then check here for validation that it was a scam call.
