had a missed call from this number,no message of course, I called back and it says it not a working number. What the hell is that.!!
I got a call from this number 8642213707 a cell phone number from South Carolina on my caller ID I answered it said 2010 US census and diabetes I hung up and try to call the number back about an hour later and got a message that said number is not a working.
This area code is Upstate South Carolina, or SC. I have MANY other SPAM calls (at least 50 since March 31, 2010) but this is the first one from area code 864.
I always check the web (this site is particularly good) when I get an unknown call. 864-221-3707 called today.People! It's dumb to answer your phone, or return their call. That lets these scammers know there is a Live Body at your number, giving them reason to call you even more ~~ and worse, to put you on their List Of Numbers To Sell For Profit. Your spam-calls will multiply like you wouldn't believe!

Called and asked me to return call about a musical instrument that must be returned immediately. Got my name wrong as well. Scammers.
