I just got this call on my cell phone. It was an automated message which got as far as "Hi. The US Census is here...." and I hung up. There is some interesting information on this page submitted by others.

They claim to be from the Census 2010, and request some info about diabetics and insurance companies.The Census 2010 has nothing to to with diabetic information or insurance companies.This is probably a "front" to collect cell phone numbers of diabetics.

received a call from 864-221-3707 today( 3 Nov 09)& they left an empty voice msg. I called back but got a msg that stated the mailbox was full. I thought it was an emergency call since my child was travelling in South Carolina at that time. Whoever owns this scam # needs to be stopped immediately!!
Got it about 3 minutes ago. I don't answer to numbers I don't know. So I checked the number out online. Thank god it was a scam! As for the Full voicemail...I got a "not working number" instead

Called and asked me to return call about a musical instrument that must be returned immediately. Got my name wrong as well. Scammers.
