They are harrasing me they are debt collector want to sue me but dont know why i dont own anything to anyone

Boris, I agree with you 100%. They kept calling me all day then had the nerve to send a so call process server to my house at 9:30 pm. My husband ran them off and told them that they better not come back to his house again LOL, my husband is a process server and an Officer, "DUMMIES"I call the process server and told them to send any papers to my attorney. The attorney called them and they have never called her back.

They called my home repeatedly for someone who lived in this house years ago, but who did not have my phone number, and whom I've never met. I asked the number to be removed repeatedly. Finally, I Googled, and found this site. I called up the firm, and they removed the number - supposedly and hopefully. The guy I talked to was very congenial.

Actually there threats to sue are not empty threats. They will have you served playing the odds that you will ignore the issue and NOT show up for court. This way it is an automatic judgement against you which allows them to freeze your bank account depleat it of any and ALL funds as well as garnish your wages. You will have to pay their inflated rates, fees, and interest on top of what they say you owe. If you have the means to do so, settle with these bottom feeders or hire an attorney. otherwise you better lube up. These scumb bags have devised an a way to get hefty pay day off of junk debts. That is why all these law firm/collection agencies are coming out of the wood work.

Regarding you post....Citi bank handles Citgo, which actually served me papers. I settled with them and this office is handling the payment arrangements. Sad to say, but when your broke your broke, with the job layoffs, cut hours, job security, age etc., I found myself in that situation. However, I must say these people will actually work with you and are very pleasant to deal with. Wish they were all as understanding. However, Money does not grow on my tree and even the payment arrangements have become a struggle.

They called several time lokking for Anna. Every time I told them I did not know that person but they kept calling my number. I think they're the sharky debt collector. CallerID showed TOLL FREE CALL - 866-298-3155. Very annoying. I just ordered a new Panasonic wireless phone system that can block unwanted #'s. Will enter these suckers' number in the block number database of the phone.

IF YOU LIVE IN THE STATE OF TEXAS THEY WILL SUE YOU IF YOU DON'T RESPOND TO THEIR DEMANDS. HOWEVER, THEY WILL TAKE PAYMENTS.MAINLY THEY CHASE AFTER & COLLECT ON OLD WASHINGTON MUTUALS BANK ACCOUNTS WHICH ARE NOW CHASE BANK ACCOUNTS. JUST A HEADS UP THIS LAWYER'S OFFICE IS FULL OF BIG JERKS!!!

Debt collectors are the lower than the belly of a snake. They are abusive. They most probably are on drugs. They definitely are high on coffee/ caffine. They are disrespectful, and totally despicable. Just think as to why would any attorney decide to become a debt collector to make a living? This shows you just what kind of person they really are in their private lives. What goes around, comes back to you.
