Nationwide is a business for profit, no suprise. They called me to remind me my payment is due; it's called courtesy. If you pay on the 1st (when payment is due), they wont call you. Keep in mind that they bought your house, not you, you couldn't afford it. Grow up and pay your bills on time.

Ok... This is crazy! I am not even late on my payment. I was just transferred to Nationstar from Bank of America. I'm thinking about refinancing to another mortgage company. I have never been harassed so much in my life! They called twice within the last hour and would not leave a message. Today is only the 10th of the month!

I GOT A CALL FROM BMG MANAGEMENT IN JUNE - MIND YOU I DIDN'T KNOW WHO THEY WERE - BUT THEY SCARED ME SAYING THAT THEY WERE PUTTING A LEAN ON THE HOUSE BECAUSE MY STEPDAUGHTER DID NOT PAY UP A CREDIT CARD THAT SHE APPERENTLY TOOK OUT USING HER DAD'S INFORMATION. SO BMG CALLS ME AND WANTS ME TO PAY SO I PAY HER WITH MY CREDIT CARD HOWEVER I DID SOME INVESTIGATING AND I FOUND OUT THAT THEY WERE SCAMMERS SO I PUT A STOP TO THE PAYMENT WITH MY CREDIT CARD COMP. AND NOW I'M GETTING CALLS FROM NATION STAR WANTING TO KNOW ALL MY PERSONAL INFORMATION SO THAT NOW SHE CAN GET TO ME USING THIS MORGAGE COMPANY THAT I DON'T EVEN HAVE, AND DO NOT KNOW WHO THEY ARE. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE OUT ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION EVEN THOUGH THEY TELL YOU THEY CAN GIVE YOU A # TO CALL BACK TO VERIFY. IT'S A SCAM.. SINCE BMG DIDN'T GET ANYTHING FROM ME NOW THE'RE COMING TO ME USING OTHER WAYS.. HOPE THIS HELPS OTHER INOCENT PEOPLE OUT THERE..

this caller is relentless! constantly leaving a message with hours of service to call back! If it's NationStar, it is the worst mortgage company int he world! they screw up and then want to inforce late fees!...if you have them as a mortgage company and have the opportunity to leave them to go with someone else, run, do not walk, to another company!They are on the line of harrassing!

I have received 3-4 calls per day every other day for the past couple of months at my office phone. These are hang-up calls and no way to talk to anybody. When I call the number it is Nation Star Mortgage. The automated recording asks for my phone number and SSN to "verify", and does not allow you to actually talk to someone. I have not done any business with this company, nor do I have a mortgage (so no chance that it was sold to them).

they called last night at 7:30 and left a message (i wouldn't pick up the phone as it listed no name).After listening to the garbled message, I realized the caller identified themselves as from NationStar. When i returned the called a recorded voice said that my phone number matched their system then asked for my last four of my social. NO WAY! I hung up and will report to NationStar today.

someone keeps calling from 866-316-2432 when we answer they hang up.this is a hospital and we do not need someone to keep calling 4 or 5 timesa day and hang up when we answer the phone.

Hey BR,It's called Nationstar - NOT Nationwide. If you want sound like Chief Badass, you need learnum type right. "They called me to remind me my payment is due" & "Grow up and pay your bills on time" You knowum what word hypocrite mean?
