NationStar bought my mortgage and actually DID help me when BofA wouldn't. And it only took a month to get started on trial payments when I dealt with BofA for over 6 months before they said I had to start the process all of the way over again (I'll admit it, that was my fault because I didn't get them one piece of documentation in the time frame they requested but I don't think it was necessary to start ALL over). The only thing I don't like is that they leave you a phone # to call back if you are late on your payment (yes, right after the 1st) and all the phone # is to make a payment, not to talk to anyone. So I don't even try to call them back now. But FYI, they got my mortgage down from $1400 to $800. It's worth asking them about it, the worst they can do is say no.
They called me several times asking for my husband, now I just answer phone and don't say anything until they hang up.We have never been late with out mortgage but they still call...
They are the worst!!!!! They call and threaten over everything. My mortgage is managed through a property rental company and they are always calling me, sending me everything even when I change the address. They are naggers. When I was with B of A they never did this and I never had a late payment. They never stop calling!!!!
Nationstar headquarters is Lewiston Texas...been stuck with them for years...have taken to calling them "SatanStar".
Had BoA sell my mortgage to NationStar, this is the first month of payments. Made my first payment to them yesterday and they have apparently called my phone 3 times this morning already. Not very excited about having them manage my home loan based on all of the previous comments.
Called 4 times in an hour if you want to talk to me leave a message I shouldn't want to feel like I need to avoid my phone calls. Our mortgage was sold to nationstar yes our mortgage is current and yes today is the first but good grieve you will get your money back off if you don't have my money on time then you can start calling me. So frustrating

get calls EVERYDAY. after blocking the number, they leave a silent voice mail.
When you answer the phone they hang up. They are trying to see if the number is actually associated with a person or not. Most likely they will clone the number.
This number called the other day didnt answer as I didnt recognize the number. Turns out my hunch was right another spam caller. It's the only calls I get nowadays

Had 6 calls from this number today. Have a total of 20 calls today from the 925 area code. Had 8 calls from Peru country code
