Nationstar. I have informed these dimwits they have the wrong number, and that the person they're trying to collect from doesn't live here.They told me that they will keep calling here "because they don't have another number for this person." So they'll bug me, til that person pays?How do they expect that to work? Idiots...

We have received two messages for my husband who has never been home at the time of each call and asked to call 1-866-316-2432. Today I received the third phone call. I couldn't understand the name of the company on the first two messages - one was a live person and one was a recording. When I tried to clarify today he told me Nationspar. I had him repeat it since I couldn't tell if he was saying Nationstar or spar and on the second time he clearly said Nationspar.That name meant nothing to me and I asked him to tell me what the call was in reference to so I could pass the message on to my husband, he refused saying he could not give out that information. Twice he refused to tell me anything about the company.It is very frustrating because I do no know if this is a scam, a prank, legitimate or what.

When I answered the call I got a recording that said, "please hold, we have a call for this number." It then started to ring. I prompty hung up.

I am ahead on my mortgage and they still constantly call. They are trying to sell me more of what I am trying to get rid of. B of A sold my mortgage to them too. i was very happy with B of A but because of this I will no longer do business with them.

This is a mortgage company called Mr. Cooper. It was formerly Nationstar Mortgage.

Have been receiving calls from this number with no messages left so I called them back it was my mortgage company Mr. Cooper formally NationStar. Spoke to a very nice young lady Katisha which was calling concerned if I had received any damages from the recent hurricanes and to advise that no late charges would be incurred on my account if I were unable to pay on time. Which I thought was very nice usually calls from 800 numbers are scammers or just unpleasant. Thank goodness my mortgage is current but nice to know that no late charges would be added if it wasn’t. Nice call :)

Calling to let me know they are doing business as Mr Cooper. I know, I’ve been called several times. They’re becoming annoying.

They continue to call to let me know they’ve changed their name to Mr. Cooper. I know, and they continue to call to tell me.

My mortgage was sold to them also. They constantly fill my mailbox with ads to refy, even send envelopes that look like special delivery mail. My trash is full of their junk. They have sent me stuff saying I need to pay and I wasn't late either. I think they are a scum company. They are no longer nationstar, now they are Me Cooper. Is that any kind of name for a mortgage company. What will the tax guy say when I have all these checks made out to Mr Cooper? I don't like them.

Called again this month. I never had this issue with NationStar. They’re attempting to upsell refinancing, with a lame excuse of letting me know the name has changed to Mr. Cooper. I informed them I will be contacting my Attorney Generals Office to question their business practices. Fed up with them.
