I've gotten several calls from this number, and I don't even have an account with them. I call back to have my number removed, but I've still gotten called.I'm really at a loss here...

Start ringing my cell from 8am and do a number of times throughout the day. The first time they called it was an Indian sounding person asking for Brian. I kindly told them it was my new number and they hung up. Now they call and call and it's driving me crazy. I don't answer when I see the number and just hang up and they don't leave a message. Has anyone had any luck stopping them? It has to be stopped! I just moved here from England and before that Australia and I've never experienced anything like this.

After receiving about 7 calls from this number in one day, I returned the call and it went directly to credit one banks collections department.After I explained the obsesive amount of calls in one day for a bill that only 6 days over due, they said that they had not called me at all today.This is a pretty suspect method of collection in this day and age and borders on harrasment. I called the customer service department and asked them to remove me from there list then I called my cell phone company to make a record of it.Since then I had received another phone call from this number and will do everything within my rights to hold them accountable for violating the Telephone Consumer Protection Act of 1991 and the Telemarketing and Consumer Fraud Abuse Prevention Act.

About 5-6 times per day. Credit One credit card bank calling because my payment is 4 days late. A little overboard?

i dont even know what credit bank is but i keep getting phone calls from this number!?

Received 9 calls in 2 days. Called them back (as we do not have any accounts with credit one)And asked why they were calling my number. They replied that I had either just changed my phone number or someone is using my number or they do not have it written down correctly. I asked that they remove my number they said they would. I asked for the name of the agent and his employee ID number. He gave the name but had to get a supervisor to give out an ID number. I told the supervisor that they were in violation of the FDCPA. He wanted to argue what section he was violating. I just read him the post by granny of 3. He replied ok have a nice day.

Received several calls after being put on their do not call list. Since they do not speak when they call I decided to call them and not say anythimg.I called them the same amount of times they had called me in a day. Finaly got an answer as to where they were calling from. The reply I got was India. This is one heck of a US company. When I call customer service I want it to be a US company. Thank god I do not have an account with this company.

I get a call from the several times a day. I call it back and it says the number can't be reached. I dont even know who they are and why they would be calling me. I dont have any credit cards. It gets a little irritating after awhile. Wish it could be stopped somehow

i got twelve phone calls in one day, beginning at 8:30 am. i answer, but NO ONE SAYS ANYTHING...over, and over, and over, and over. it's driving me CRAZY!
