We took care of the hospital bills at CMC Charlotte, all of a sudden we received a refund for the EXACT amount that this company said we were in collection for. The hospital messed up and put the funds on the wrong surgery date, sent the one 4 months older to collection and refunded the "overpayment". It is a mess to clean up, and we will pay the hospital, not collection agency because of poor reputation.

These people keep calling me on my cellphone asking for chris they always leave a recorded message that tells me not to if i am not chris, which i am nit so i stop listening. I have called them back before and they asked for my number when i told them it they asked if i was chris and when i said no the lady immediatly hung up with out sayin anything. They keep callin me and wont leave me alone

I have been receiving calls from this number for over 2 years. Usually once a month. I have called the number back several times to let them know that the person tehy are attempting to call/contact is not at my number. When you call the number back it has to ring a bunch of times and then gets put into the company voice-mail. Its no wonder they can;t collect the debt when they don;t have the correct number.When they call they are always asking for a Tanly Marshal? or Stanley Marshal? Its really getting annoying

This has happened to me! I set up a payment agreement and I still get threatening phone calls! and lettets! I finally stood up for myself and told them that would not get 1 dime from me! I would rather go to jail for 1,200 than to give it to these COLD HEARTED PEOPLE!

Calling and no response when answered.

This is a medical collection agency. They work with hospitals as secondary collections and call people who hospitals say have valid debts. To comply with the law they must identify who they are speaking with to release info. Just saying yes thats my name is not enough. Collection agencies are not scams. They are a necessity that keeps hospitals open and all their employees including custodians and techs with jobs.

i called them back. lady who answered said, "business office, how can i help you?". i said, "business office? is that the name of your company?" she said, "yes, it is. how can i help you?" odd conversation to start with. i told her this number called me (my work number), i'm trying to found out for what reason. she became quite condescending over the phone, asking if i even answered the phone when the call came through (which i did, and the caller hung up when they heard me speak (which i also told her about)). she said, basically, oh well. nice "business office".

Just received a call from this number ~ TOLL FREE CALLER shows up on the CallerID. The message they leave is totally weird! Anyway.....it's from Medical Revenue Services in Gadsden AL. I poured another cup of coffee before calling them back.....and boy am I glad I did! The lady is not necessarily pushy....BUT....she does have a slight chip on her shoulder and like most collection agencies DOES NOT listen well. Oh ~ they were calling to say I owed what my insurance did not pay on my operation later year. She asked if I had received their letter . . . . then stated it had not been mailed but would go out this week.
