Becca- your incorrect - if you google the phone number there is no affiliation to the company you are naming - Medical Recovery Solutions is in California and only deals with insurance companies not patient who dont pay their bills

By the time I got the phone in hand they had disconnected.

Medical Revenue Service. A debt collector for medical bills. I do have an outstanding debt with them so actually a legitimate agency.

I am payng on hospital bill they keep calling 3 or 4 times a day I am sick of it.

I started receiving telephone calls from this number yesterday. How in the H did they get my number? With my telephone being a Government issued, you would think I could report these calls as Harassment.

I've had the same experience as many of these posts. They must have called our number about 100 times and asked for "Grady Durham". I don't know who that is and have called and spoken to someone identified as a supervisor who assured me that they would take my telephone number out of their records. Of course, I got another call today, and when I called them back, they said that they had no notation of my prior call in their records. Then I found this site with all of the same posts and found that this is just their MO. I'm calling the BBB and the state's attorney general, and then am having their number blocked by the phone company.

These people refused to ID themselves!!! Federal Law requires them too!!! They called asking for someone with our last name that we have never HEARD of !!! They implied that they knew they had the right number!!! I went to the Federal Trade Commission website and filed a Complaint I recommend eveyone that can do the same thing!!! I'am tired of collection agent's just going through the phone book and calling people with the same LAST NAME of who their looking for !!! their number is 866-451-1216

I got a call from these people. Cell phone & landline phone. They claim I owe a hospital bill, which I know I don't, & they insisted they needed my credit card information & routing number for my checks. I told them I wasn't going to give that to them, since I do not know who they are, & I know I don't owe any hospital bills. They got upset with me, insisted again, I said no, then they hung up. They do not stop & it's getting annoying! How do I find out who this company is that keeps calling me & harassing me?
