If you need to get an urgent message out then you should use email or regular mail and not harrass people with 7-10 calls per day. I pay my bills on time and you dorks still call......

They call me all the time and left a message the first time. The message they left was in Spanish, a, and b, I don't even have the account type you lot are talking about. I don't have any account whatsoever with Home Depot and I don't even own a credit card. This is ridiculous. If the person doesn't pick up or call back after they leave a message, they ought to check that they're calling the right number in the first place.

They always call at 8pm, and when i answer their is never no one on the line and then they hang up.its getting annoying.

I received this message in Spanish on my federal agency phone. What make this situation even more funny is my agency moved last week to a new location and my phone was just activated on Friday. I have turn the number and message over to Security and CIO to investigate. Did I mentioned that I don't speak Spanish. My agency is very aggressive and something will happen.

Oh, here's a good one. They can call your card a charge off and start putting you in collections even if you are CURRENT and on a Payment Plan. What a crock. Citi Sucks.

Hey realist. Maybe you shouldn't buy things that you can't afford. It's people like you that think it's okay since you have other bills that are more important. How about the things you bought on a card that you knew you weren't going to be able to pay off. It's suddenly okay for you to not pay them because you think other things are more important?
