Hey Jackazz, yeah you are the same now screw off!! Stop calling peoples businesses.
The person made it sound like he was with our merchant service company. He said they had sent 2 notices out previously. Said they review our statement for overcharges. He had no clue how we processed the cards, I had to explain this to him. Told him that I don't have access to the statements and the owner is not here. He gave me his number and said to have whomever looks at the statements fax them to them.
Caroline with ext. 2013 (I believe) left a message about overcharges to our credit card. After reading the reviews, it seems like all of our experience was much the same, leading me to be in agreement that it's a scam.
If this reply is how professional you company is....it is no wonder there are so many complaints.
Susan from Merchant Services at X2105 - calling to discuss overcharges on our account. I have two contacts that I deal with on a regular basis and neither one is Susan, nor at the number 866-644-0028. Sounds like a scam to me.
It's now 3/29/16, and the same Jennifer is at it again! She has called here before, and last time I told her we were not interested and to not call again. But she called again today! Some obvious scam wanting information about our credit cards. She said she had a report our credit card was used 20 times yesterday and that she wanted to offer some better services Clearly she was phishing for info and had none. When I told her NO, she shouted "Excuse Me??!! as if she was demanding info. Is this girl psycho or what? I said goodbye and hung up, and now my blood pressure is up. Wow.
Same here. Just got a call 3/29/16 - 11am from Britney saying she worked for merchant warehouse through small business growth alliance.
