Regardless of how legitimate a company is, the people from SBGA are rude and unprofessional. Doesn't matter what they're trying to do, they're going about it incredibly poorly.

My call came from "Mike". He gave me the script, I told him I was happy with my present CC processor. He asked if I knew about the upcoming rate increases? That's awesome since he has no idea who processes my CC's. I told him that it really didn't matter because I was closing my business in 2 weeks, (which is true) Mike said, "well it couldn't happen to a nicer guy." and hung up.I called the number back, dialed "O" and got a fairly intelligent woman on the phone who actually sounded like she cared about what happened, and said she would follow up on the call which had been recorded (with no notification to me). Probably nothing will happen but it gave me the chance to vent and tell her to have "Mike" come to me personally and say what he said while he was hiding behind the headset!

Repeated calls from Lori stating Visa and MasterCard may have been overcharging fees when they did the upgrade in October and would do a "complementary review of our account" and need to meet with the business owner to "audit the account" uh..no I don't think so.

Same thing... "Let me speak to the owner, this is Ray at Merchant Services", I reply, "he isn't here, can I help you?""yeah, have him call me back at 866-644-0028 ext. 2438". I ask "can I tell him what this is regarding?" and he replies, "Yes, tell him it's about his annual reimbursement." Are you kidding me? Dude, please! Got the same call from a very pushy woman last week.We have no intention of meeting with another company for our credit card services, I can promise you that we have the latest and greatest and we meet with our representative twice a year to discuss any and all changes. Our fees are low and we are happy with our current company. So - don't call us, we will call you.

Got a call from this number today, "Pat Hayes" wanted us to fax over our account statement so they could check our fees. As if!! Supposedly someone will be coming by named Bruce during the week to do this in person-can't wait!!!! Definitely a scam.

The address for your Henderson, NV location is nothing more than a UPS Store. Anyone can Google the address on MapQuest. I would guess it's for Nevada tax reasons and their privacy laws. No one can look up anything about you.

Also, people on a do not call list legally can get calls from another state. It is telemarketers in your own state you are exempt from

Well SBGA caller, when we answer the phone we are expecting it to be a legitimate customer or someone else who actually does business with us. It can be difficult weeding out the legitimate business calls from telemarketers and from out and out scammers. I will give them the benefit of the doubt just so I don't offend someone who we really do business with. However, when the caller tells us something that I know cannot be true, I realize it is not someone we want to do business with.I like the comment about knee cap adjustment best
