Have received multiple pieces of mail with our new loan amount on it and the correct closing date. Had the same number listed as everyone’s saying. That’s scary that they have so much info. Especially if it’s a scam. I’ve contacted our lender to report it.

Ditto. Mailer - with an automated number. No way to reach a live person to tell them to stop contacting you. Hitting an invalid number just has the system repeat the question. It doesn't accept "agent", "customer service" or "f*** you".

I spoke to the Jacksonville police about this. They said report the scam attempt to your local police department and they will collect the evidence and transfer to the Jacksonville sheriff's office. I highly recommend we all take the time to report this.

I received the same mailer as others with the same number & return address. Under the return address it read RE: KEYSTONE MORTGAGE GROUP, which is my lender. This screams scam. Especially since the entire presentation implies that it is from my lender. Interestingly, the closing date is wrong.

Received (10/27/2020) mail regarding my recent QUICKEN mortgage loan closed on 10/21/2020. Card indicating re:QUICKEN LOANS, had a bogus loan number and indicated they had been trying to reach me "regarding a matter of importance". Card signed The Mortgage Service Center. Mail showed return address of PO Box 54515, Jacksonville, FL 32245 I have discarded te mailer.

I called Frontiers official phone number 1-800-921-8105, the agent I spoke to gave me this scammer number, they pretend to be frontier and offer a rebate and ask you to provide your bank account info to “send” the rebate. I hung up
