Same thing like everyone else. I am in Orlando. I was going to call just to check it out but decided to google the number they asked me to call. My suspicion was confirmed.
Scam for obtaining info to collection agency. Misrepresenting as mortgage related. Caution!
BS phone number, posing as mortgage company, but not real. Total Scam, do not answer and report to authorities as harassing phone call.

Got exactly the same letter. Be careful, if these people are willing to send a letter that looks official and pose as your mortgage company, I can tell you they are up to no good.

Shoplc. I don’t mind them calling if I have a problem but they called me 3 times in past 3 days to fill out survey they emailed. If I wanted to fill it out, I would have, I don’t need calls, plus I did fill one out but am still getting calls.

Got a letter that said I applied for an AMAZON card. Called the number to inquire what this was for, they started asking for personal information. When I said no they hung up on me.

Scam debit collector. I say 'scam' because I don't have a credit card, loan, lease, tuition, or debit or any kind. I own my home, vehicle, and everything in them. There's not a single reason for a debit collector to be calling me.
