Same thing like everyone else. I am in Orlando. I was going to call just to check it out but decided to google the number they asked me to call. My suspicion was confirmed.
Scam for obtaining info to collection agency. Misrepresenting as mortgage related. Caution!
BS phone number, posing as mortgage company, but not real. Total Scam, do not answer and report to authorities as harassing phone call.
I got a letter saying "We have been trying to reach you regarding a matter of importance as it relates to your mortgage. Please call (866) 663-7459.Thank You,The Mortgage Service Center
Got exactly the same letter. Be careful, if these people are willing to send a letter that looks official and pose as your mortgage company, I can tell you they are up to no good.
