Call numerous times a day.

it is a scam, i just received an email from dish, an it said they never make calls....they have been callin me too

Keep getting calls from them also, and from different numbers. I called them and had them take my number out of their system, but apparently they didn't.

I am sick and tired of this number calling my cell phone up to 12 times a day! They call morning, noon, nad night. I have also looked up this number and it is Dish Network. I've told them I am not interested in their offers, but they insist on calling. What does a person need to do to get these people to stop annoying everyone? I am completely fed up. This repeated harassment is totally unacceptable. I hope something is done!

Actually, I have worked in several call centers. The do not call rules do not apply to business where you have an existing relationship. Once the relationship ends, I believe they have 30 days. Same if you call/email any company asking for a quote. They can legally only follow up for a set period of time. Again, I think it is only 30 days, but you would want to check that out.

I GUESS I AM NOT THE ONLY VICTIM. THESE PEOPLE ARE DRIVING ME NUTS. I THINK I WILL BE RUDE ALL 20 TIMES A DAY THAT THEY CALL.
