Received calls multiple times in the last week from this number. answered and was connected with a pleasant person from DISH claiming to be a "customer loyalty" rep. didn't ask for any personal info, didn't say i had missed a payment or anything of that nature. asked if i was currently pleased with my DISH service and if i had any questions regarding my service. replied i was good and had not questions, they simply said ok thanks for being a customer and have a good day. We'll see if i continue to receive the calls or not.
For those of you with smart phones (most of us by now) get a google voice number / put the app on your phone and STOP handing out your main phone number to Dish or any other business. GVoice is sooooo much more user friendly and you can block as many numbers as you want ... no charge.PS .. if I'm calling out to anyone other than family .. I tell the app to use my GV number. There's no way now that a business can swipe my real number and re-sell it - all my family are Verizon so my mobile to mobile calls are free to them and I burn my minutes using GV to call anyone else.Just my 2 cents .. hope it helps .. gotta fight fire with fire now days my peeps

Dish Network. This is an automated call to RSVP service calls. We had a new roof installed and the satellite dish was on the ground. We called and set up an appointment to get the Dish reinstalled and this cal #l was to verify the service call time. Quick hint: If you have Dish TV and plan on having a new metal roof installed and your Dish is currently mounted on the shingle roof, call DISH BEFORE the install and they will mount the dish on a pole. They can't be mounted on a metal roof. If we had known that, we wouldn't have been w/o TV for 48 hours!Bottom line, if you have Dish service you will probably want to add this call to contacts in case you call for service.Don't work for Dish and if AT&T Uverse was available where I lived, I would have that! But I don't, so I am just giving y'all a heads up.
Dish ALWAYS calls for a customer service survey after they have had contact with a customer. You can choose to not participate...it's on you. But apparently you called them first...and no I don't work for or get paid by Dish..I'm just a customer.
i donot want it now or ever! they tried to screw me and i didn't even order it i wish they would stop calling' i don't and won't answer it!!
