They are the company handling collections for my hospital bills... I only know that because I got the statement last night.
Call from Victoria Willey was blocked and she left the # on a voice message. Also had calls from that # which is from BC Services Collection agency.

Claims to be from a roofing team. Somehow knows real name and city. I keep getting texts like this from different numbers, they stop responding when I ask how they have my number.
