I keep getting a call from866-849-0583 and when I answer they hang up. I finally called the number back to find out it is 5/3 Bank. Not sure why they are calling and not sure why they hang up.

yep it is fith third! I have had an account with them for 6 years and they just now started calling! They always call at the worst time.

I've been getting a call from this # on my work cell phone every day (sometimes 2x per day) for some time. No one ever answers and they don't leave a message. So, I just ignore it now when I see the 866 # show up. But today, I called the # (selected option 2)and got a rep from 5th 3rd bank . Told him to remove my # from their list - had to give him my #. He said he would remove it and then asked if I wanted to open an account. Hmmm, lets see, that's a tempting offer after getting courted for months by your ever so endearing and faithfully committed robo-calling Prince Charming. NOOOOO I DON'T want to open a friggin account with your friggin bank, fool! Nor would I ever want to after being obsessively stalked by Sir-Dials-Alot. Hopefully, this takes care of it...we'll see...

I got about the 20th call today from the 866-849-0583 number which as always never leaves a message when the answering machine picks up nor does anyone answer if I do pickup. Call the number and this is 5/3 bank soliciting home equity loan business. I do have an account there but requested customer service where I ask to be removed from all solicitation calls, email and postal mail. Told them if I do get one more of these calls I would no longer have an accouint there.

Received another call from this number. Did not answer it this time, but it has been 5/3 bank. They do not leave a message, just waste my time running to get the phone.

There is a call EVERY DAY from this number. The phone company/government needs to delete the number, period!!!

Calling at random times of day....no message, rings only 2 times......

This number calls our office numerous times per day but when we answer it hangs up. I called and it is 5/3 bank. Talked to someone named Mike. He said a "person" is not really hanging up, it is the automated calling system that hangs up when the "next available salesperson" isn't ready to pick up. I told him it was a lousy system and it didn't matter if it was a machine or a person, he is still wasting my time. He said he would remove our number. So far that hasn't worked, had two more hang ups today.
