They called and said they were from Direct TV and they could give us 20% discount. I indicated that I did not have direct TV information and didn't know account numbers or bill cost. Caller ID number is a spoofed local number but they gave this 866 number to return the call and contact a specific call center rep. No reason to "spoof" a local number if it's legit. I am sure it's a scam.

Scam. An attempt to get bank account information and then a request to transfer money to the scammer's account.
I called Frontiers official phone number 1-800-921-8105, the agent I spoke to gave me this scammer number, they pretend to be frontier and offer a rebate and ask you to provide your bank account info to “send” the rebate. I hung up
