I just got a call from 412-205-6033 - the woman identified herself as Katrina Williams and said she was with Liberty Processing. Said there was a pending case against me and I have to call back at this number or I would waive my rights to discuss the case with her. I ignored the call.

i just received the same thing, trying to look up the company and cant find it.....do you mind if iasked did they do anything to you? they are calling me at work

I just got a call from this number a women identified herself as Amy Clark and said that she was with Liberty Processing and stated that she was calling on behalf of EZ-Pawn and that I was being investigated for check fraud and needed me to pay a restitution of $1605 in order to avoid state and county misdemeanor charges she stated that if I wanted to avoid going to jail I needed to pay that amount by credit card or debit....when I told her that I did not have that type of money she said that I could pay a third and set up payment arrangements but that I would have to pay today $506 and she would speak on my behalf so that I would not get arrested, I again told her that I did not have that money and she said that I "better" call family and friends and try and get this money before this goes to court and there is nothing else she can do for me I told her that I understand that she must do her job...she said I can not believe that you are not willing to help yourself I told her its not that I am not willing I have not worked since November due to personal reasons, I am a single mother of four and my father is the only person that is working and is basically supporting me and my kids and we are barely getting by as it is. I have started looking for a job its just a matter of time...she asked if I could get a car loan or have someone get one for me again I told her that I had nothing she said that she would give me half an hour to come up with something and to call her back to make payment gave her number and ext and hung up.... I am not sure who these people are or if this a legit company. If anyone else has any info please let me know.

my parents got a call from an agent mason. i have not lived with my parents for over 14 years so it upset me that they wold call them and worry them with claims of "Fraud". i got a hold of agent mason and ripped into her for contacting my family, and advised her that from here forward all dealings on any matter will be made with me directly and nobody else. she went on to inform me that I was in default from so EZ loan place back in 2009. she told me that if I did not pay by the end of the day, that I was to be put on a 48 hour locator and would go to jail! I asked her for the full name of the company, street address etc... I asked for the county she was to file this 48 hour locator and told here that I was doing this in order to get my lawyer involved. she was dodging ever;y question and hung up. since they bothered my family and myself, and I had some free time, I began to call them relentlessly. Finally a supervisor answered. I asked her for the address, name of the company and all documents to be immediately sent to me via e-mail. she hung up.. its all a con!!!

I turned this into the attorney general office for Florida and for Pennsylvania today they are investigating this is a scan don't do it...they did the same too me i didn't give them money either

Yes she tried again yesterday and told me that she would give me to the end of the day to get the money.... I told her I didn't have it and if that meant me going to jail then so be it....she hung up. I have not received any more calls since then....

My Mom received a call from Liberty & spoke wit a woman named Robin Lewis. My Mom gave Ms. Lewis my cell phone number. She told my Mom that he would call me. She never did. I called her. I talked to Ms. Lews & she transfered me to Amy Clark. Ms. Clark told me that I would have to com up with $1277. within an hour or she would send the case to the a 48 hour locator & I would go to jail. My Mom called & talked to Ms. Clark (who was rude), my Mom then turned the phone over to My Father & she would not let my Dad speak. He then turned the phone back over to my Mom to get more info. Ms. Clark was VERY RUDE to my Mom. She would not let my Mom speak. My Mom had to keep saying HELLO to get Ms. Clark to listen to her. My Dad & Mom asked Ms. Clark for copies of all paperwork for our lawyer, she told my Mom that she could not give those papers & that she was not suppose to be calling me or my parents, that she was doing a courtsey call to try to help me, but she was still saying I needed the money in within an hour. Is this is a SCAM???????

They just called for my husband said the guys name is Carl Anderson and that they are calling my husband due to a matter they were given they gave a docket number as a reference my husband called and they are closed. He said he was giving my husband the chance to speak for himself or he was going to loose his chance to speak and they'd file the litigation in the county where we live. Is this all a scam????? Very worried.

I got this voicemail... She gave a docket number in which I called my local court, who had no idea what I was speaking of! Foolishness, and so not worth my time. I have bigger issues than this! Fret not all, any legit company would give as much info as possible if they were really trying to help you clear this up, smh!
