Scam - please remove your bank information if this number comes up on your Cash app

This number charged me $53.23 on my credit card and I don't know why or how it got my card number.

This number charged my credit card $33 and I didn't recognize it at first. It is for a credit card processor that goes by the brand name Square Up. Merchants can run credit card transactions through their iPhone or iPads using the Square Up services. Mine was for a taxi ride.

I also didn't recognize the number but it was for an art show purchase----the vendor was using SquareUp. The charge was completely legitimate.

This number keeps calling my cell phone and is taking money out of my bank acct. please somebody stop this company.

I was just bugging my bank about a small transaction from a merchant with this number, and I just remembered that it is actually legitimate. It was from a mobile credit payment system when I got a BBQ sandwich at a music festival. Just some mom and pop BBQ stand under a tent, and they must have been using "SquareUp" for their payments. It looked like a giant walkie-talkie that could swipe credit cards.

I found this thread because I was trying to figure out where a mysterious purchase on my debit card came from, but it was from a legitimate place... I bought a sandwich from a food cart. The guy had one of those plug-ins for the iPhone that he swiped the card through and processed it that way. It seemed to take longer than my debit card transactions usually do to post, so I had totally forgotten about it.
