I had an unexpected charge of $246.02 from an individual I didn't know (or didn't think I did). When I called the number on my credit card it gave a website: squareup.com/receipt where you can get the receipt for your charge. It requires the amount, date of purchase, last four digits of your card and expiration date. Sure enough, it came up with my receipt and I remembered what I'd done. Good job. Saved me some embarrassment. My hairdresser would not have appreciated my refusal to pay! :)

This number charged my card 108 times for 4.99. Why is there are so many complaints & yet is still happening.

I also was charged $80 by this number on 8/22. I never received a call - just found the charge on my account.

This wasnt a phone call. This number was on my cc reciept at the bank. They charged my debit card $200 while I was sleeping! Not legitimate in my case at all.

This is a number for Square (squareup.com) that sometimes appears on credit card statements. It tells you how you can look up your receipt online (squareup.com/receipts). It will have the full information about the receipt, including location, any items that were itemized on the receipt to help remind you of what the charge is. All you need to look up your is the amount of the transaction, date, last four digits of your card, and the expiration.

877-417-4551 charged $1083.16 to my card. Whoever was doing this also charged $600+ to calvin cline. This sounds like a place that caters to identity theft. they call it SQUARE HARDWAR. This place needs to be shut the fuk down

It was for a Taxi - a valid charge.

I was charged by this number too but it wasn't legitimate. I was at work at the time and wasn't buying anything. So of course my account is screwed up and I have to get a new debit card and a refund.
