This is Midland Credit Management--Google them. Their address is 8875 Aero Drive #200, San Diego, CA 92123. Send them a certified letter demanding that they stop calling you. If they continue to call you, get an attorney and sue them. They are an unscrupulous debt collection company that has been sued dozens of times in both state and federal courts. They are a subsidiary of an outfit called Encore Capital Group.

My mother who lives in Illinois and is 75 years old keeps receiving calls from 1-877-445-0778 several times a day asking for me and stating that it is regarding a legal court matter and they need to talk to me. My mother has stated that I do not reside with her and have no contact information for me. She has requested to them over the phone "notified" them not to call her number again since I do not live there. They continually ignore her request and continue to call her several times a day from different 877 numbers.

I kept getting calls from this number looking for a person that does not even live in this house. Told them they got the wrong number and they need to correct this for their record.

They won't leave a message. I would call back and give them a piece of my mind if I had more than a damn number from the caller ID. Cowards.

got call. no message... first one but if continues i will file a law suit with morgan and morgan...

They called my cell phone, which is my personal phone and I only share my cell phone number with family and friends. I don't know how they got this number, since I NEVER list it on anything as my official number. I use my house phone number. I'm afraid to call them back to tell them never to call my cell phone number again, for fear this will only confirm that they have the right number. They did not leave a message, but this site says it is Midland Credit Mgt.

they have harrassed me for months. I have told them I owe no one and have had this number a short time. It got so bad I notified the Consumer Protection people in D.C. The calls stopped for a few weeks. And now they're back.

They called me trying to collect a debt from 2003...I used to do debt settlement they cannot put anything on your credit report that is over 7 yrs old...Lets see if they keep trying
