Just recieved a call from this # at work. The girl was very rude especially when i asked her to send me something in writing about the account. She said she wouldn't and I said well if you want me to pay then i want some proof, she went on to say that thay have mail me before and I told her that i never got anything. she was being very rude ao i hung up on her!!!!!!! The company is CDS!

just to let you all know its a collection agency.. There calling you cause somone used you as a reference and now they are calling you to see if you know where that person is.. caus some one used me as a reference so i called them back and they said that they are looking for such n such a person cause they used u as a contact as a reference...

This is a third party collection agency. I am a former bill collector, was in the biz for 13 + years. the Ministry of consumer and corporate relations states, calls must cease once the collector or agency has been notified verbally or in writing that you do not want them to call anymore. if they do, you can lodge a complaint with the ministry. it also states that while collectors are performing duties under the act, they must have their license on their person, it is helpful when lodging a complaint to have the license #, refusal to provide you with this info when requested, is also a big no-no.

They called me so i decided to call them back and I followed what John Q suggested , asked for there license number and they said that did nothave to give it to me or anyone else.I said that then they have the wrong person ( which they do) I asked to have my number taken off and if not i will file a complaint with CCTS and the consumers affairs.

This number constantly calls saying they want someone to call back with a case number but can't understand who they want & I refuse to call. It needs to stop. I looked up the initials & found it was a collection agency. We don't owe anybody!!!!!

This call is from a company called DEBT CONTROL AGENCY. They are a third party collector for companies for which someone has failed to pay back. The DB...# that they quote identifies the debtor with the agreement that was made with the company that wants the debt cleared up. DCA is part of DCA Inc which is the code city used to arrange them as a payee for on-line banking or payments made through Western Union. Basically, it identifies who the money is going to.If you don't owe money to anyone, you should not be receiving these calls. The easiest way to stop them from calling, if you don't owe money, is to call them and get them to correct their records.

This number calls my sister's cell phone asking for my husband..I Google the # and it brought me here..the info they left my sister was for BCAA..we don't use BCAA or even have a file with bcaa

I called back and told them they had the wrong number and they removed me from the list. It was for debt collection.

Every day I receive an automated message from this number quoting a file number and a name I do not know. I tried to call back to tell them they have a wrong number however all I get is a recording and no way to connect to tell them to stop calling my number.
