It is the service jails use for inmates to make calls. They cannot leave messages and @Chuck, they are not saying you owe for a call, that is a payment option if you choose to accept the calls. They get 20 seconds for free and if you choose to allow more time, you will get the option to add money to the account for longer calls. You do not have to give payment information if you do not want to and you are not charged unless you opt into the call - this requires a payment form and you only pay for a certain number of minutes - it is not just continuous charges.
Call the number back and you can block it from calling you.I dont know anyone who would get arrested and if i do.... Im not the person to call for any help. Im not going to answer. I dont care.
I got a call from this number and I'm almost certain they used my brother's name in the call and then I paid the $14.99 and all I got was "Hey Baby" Hey Baby on the line. This is a complete scam. Please make this number stop.
