My computer screen locked up . Displayed a warning , don't leave the screen , call this number to report . Stupid , I did. Nobody answered , guess they got what they wanted .
I had the exact same experience with them yesterday. Froze up my screen and wouldn’t let me do anything. “Mike” was very convincing but I didn’t fall for the scam. BEWARE, this is a heinous but well orchestrated and choreographed scam!
My screen froze with message I had to call this number to get rid of virus that would infect my computer. I called the number & asked who they were. I was told Mark, from All Met Care, 120 10th St, Jersey City, NJ 07310 I told Mark I would check his company with law enforcement and hung up. Terrible scammers should be caught & jailed for a minimum of 5 years.
okay got large screen warning on computer to call this number. They then instructed my wife to give them remote access to the computer so they could fix our problem. when I asked who they worked for I got answered a computer repair company contracted to fix our computer. I then shutdown the computer and was asked what I was doing. I then hung up. after reboot ran Norton live update and installed new info. No other issues with the computer.

same thing happened with me and i fell for it bc they was actually controlling my computer from where they were never mentioned about money to later saying i owed $399 if i didn't pay it that would remove everything & my computer wouldn't be safe
Total scam!!! My computer froze with no mouse control and an alert advising to call Microsoft Windows immediately. I fell for it at first because I had no control over my computer. Upon calling they took over use of my computer remotely without permission showing numerous things that were the source of a virus. They then tried to sell me a firewall for $399. I Googled the # on another device while I was put on hold and saw previous scam alerts involving this number. BEWARE!!!

called and then hung up, left him a kurt voicemail about wasting peoples time. scammers are prevalent, be careful and don't answer this call

It is a legit PNC Bank phone no. I wrote out a $12000. check and they called to verify and had the last 3 digits of checking acct. on message.
