I called this number back after it called me many days in a row and a message started. It first spoke in French then English. It asked me if I wanted to have my number removed from the Fido do not call list. I punched in my cell number and it said to wait 2-3 days to take effect....we'll see.

i got this call 4 times this week. and picked up just a min ago....the call lasts for 1 min and it was cut (a man was talking on the other side)

I keep getting the same stupid calls from this number!!! It drives me nuts.

4 days after switching from Virgin to Fido, i have been getting these phone calls (1-2 a day, every second day). First the message is in French... so i entered my number to take me off the list. Then redialed and waited to get the english message (with a heavy french accent BTW) and when i tried to enter my number, it kept saying it did not understand.... I am now calling Fido!

Great, it works. I sent the email to them as you said, a few hours later they called back, and said my number was removed.

I've had my Fido phone for almost a year now, and this number calls it almost every day for weeks at a time, in spurts months apart. It's like they get a certain block of numbers to harass for a limited time then take a break and come back to my number.Never have a had a message left when I ignore the call, and when I answer and say hello it disconnects immediately. When I call back it takes me to some scam company voice service that is faulty and disconnects you every option except 2 (to remove your number) but never can "understand" your number when you put in the 10 digits, or just disconnects you. It's so bad it's ALMOST funny. I'm going to try the email idea I guess from a few posts up, nothing else to try and they keep calling regardless.
