What happened next? I just got a call from that number, but my cell phone number is one year old to me and obviously belonged to a deadbeat - oh so many collection calls! Spoof call has 153 prefix. I am just curious.

Said his name was Ryan Stone and was with a painting company owned by his father (C Construction). Asked for his license number, but he couldn't recall it. Asked him why his company has no apparent web address, yet he didn't know. Asked him why his name didn't show up in a license check with the California Contractors Board, and he didn't now why. Asked why his father's name also didn't show, he again didn't know why. Lots of telemarketer sounds in the background. He's still trying to sell me on the paint job and sending out an estimator. Asked him if he was married, and he said no. So I shared with him that when he gets married, and later just when he thinks things are seemingly going ok, he will be suddenly shocked to find out that his wife is cheating on him and/or she leaves him. And he shouldn't be shocked, because he's a despicable sleazebag and is lying his way through life, and ultimately those closest to him will see through it. Then I hung up.
I got a call from this number too. I did not pick it up knowing it was a bogus number. However, I do remember something about a fulfilment house that these people are calling from in the Philippines. If it sounds like a call center? it usually is. And if they are calling for a family construction business it probably is. But, still the same....they are fishing for information and money. do not answer and respond back. They are just looking for info to sell.

I called Frontiers official phone number 1-800-921-8105, the agent I spoke to gave me this scammer number, they pretend to be frontier and offer a rebate and ask you to provide your bank account info to “send” the rebate. I hung up
