My sentiments exactly! I and my neighbors have filed complaints with the PCS and gotten a form letter response saying that they are trying to improve their service. What a joke! It really irratates me when they thank me for being a customer as well, AS IF we had any choice. We tried to see if BREMC would come in and offer service to our little community and they said it would be cost prohibitive, so we're just stuck with Windstream.
Yup its Windfail. Though they have gotten better in the past few months....it ONLY took 2 (TWO) years to get better. Oh well same boat as many others, north ga. has no options.
Have had several calls on my cell phone from this number 888 292 3827 and I answer and they/ it hangs up. Getting rather anouing.
If it wasn't for the internet I would have my land line taken out and Comcast is too expensive.
Windstream Communications calling to let me know that they had fixed the internet/phone outage in my area - 2 hours after they said it would be fixed.

The person called to verify employment of someone, but I didn't recognize the person's name. The caller had an accent, and I couldn't understand them. I didn't call back to let them know they had reached a wrong number.

Unsolicited call. Wanted me to complete my "voter profile." I've voted from this address for over 20 years.
It happened to me they got into my computer and got all bank info they took over $4000. from me left me with nothing. Don't trust anyone this was a setup.
