Spent almost an hour (45-50 minutes) on hold responding to a phone call. After finally being transferred, I was immediately told I was positive for marijuana. This is a blatant lie. After refusing a retest and told they will report me positive for marijuana to my employer, I was immediately hung up on. No time to ask any questions or get any details whatsoever.emro: It appears your test has come back positive for marijuana, when was the last time you used?me: At least a year ago, if not longer.emro: Would you like to retest for $150?me: Uhh, I don't think so..emro: *hang up*

drug screen companies DO NOT call the donor directly. This type of info can only be disclosed to the employer. It's law. It is possible your info was shared indiscriminately. Fear and extortion.
