I keep getting calls from this company which only identifies itself as APEX -- they ask for my daughter but will not provide any further information -- they call every day --

Jeez, the first comment was from 2007 and these jerks are STILL calling people,Modern technology allows the autodialers to find even the unlisted numbers, Some are cold calls selected at random.If they have an indian accent it's usually from Pakistan using the internet and caller ID disguising programs.These companies persist because apparently the law cant find them. sigh.

Calls daily, up to three times a day. When I called back, they asked for the parents of my daughter. I asked what it was regarding and they wouldn't tell me unless I told them her date of birth (she's a minor). I said I was uncomfortable with that and they hung up on me!

I got a call from this number, I answered, they never introduced themselves, I asked who was calling they said is this ( my name) I said my i please ask who is calling, the guy said is this ( my name) I said, can I please ask who's calling, he said look I don't have time for these stupid games, I said then just tell me who you are, he said I'll just put in the report you were rude and not following directions, I said who is this, he said I don't have time for this, so I said well in your report also write your being an [***] ! And he hung up on me. Still have no idea who it was or why they were calling me !

1. This is a collection agency.2. They will not identify themselves.3. They will ask a lot of questions concerning you (including a lot of unnecessary information) which they claim they need to identify you.4. When they finally get around to telling you who they are, they are rude and boorish.5. Usually for medical bills.

This number is for Apex Asset Management. A cute name for people who set out to fu*k with you. They want to manage our assets into their pockets! These [***] would call right at 8 am and then, believe it or not, hang up after 1-2 rings. I called these [***] and informed the person that answered what was going on and that there is no debt owed and they got upset with me for telling them that collection agencies don't worry me, I've already had one in court and they got fined, then it(person) hung up. Bring them on.

I got the same call for these people. They called and I answered. Then they hung up on me and I called right back. This women got on the phone. I said you called me and hung up and she goes hello. I said you called and hung up on me. She goes we are looking for my name and can I have your birthday date to talk about your debt. I said I don't know who you are. She goes this is Apex. I said I don't know you. I'm not giving you my info. She goes okay and hung the phone up. Sorry I wasn't born yesterday. I watched the movie Identity thief.

Called, machine picks up and they hung up

Just received a call from a woman.... She would not tell me where she was calling from after being asked over and over again. She disconnected the call stating "since you will not identify yourself this call will be disconnected" lol what a joke and be my guest, you've just done me a favor lady. She called back leaving a message this time saying she was from APEX, i returned her call and she couldn't explain what the company was, who her supervisor was or the address to the company so I jokingly said "you won't tell me because you're working out of your parents basement"

Got call on landline. Did not answer. And they did not leave a message. That usually screams SCAM. If it really is a legitimate company collecting a debt they should leave a message.
