I got the calls too. When I called in to the 888-814-3555 number, there were options to enter account number or social security number or speak with an operator. I kept hitting the 0 to talk to the operator and it kept asking for the card number or social security number. I continued to hit 0 til I spoke with someone. I told her I'd received calls to call in "but I question the validity of these calls." She asked for my phone number (the only information I was willing to give) and I could hear other operators in the background. She told me, "Your number was called in error, I will stop the calls."I don't actually believe that was Kohls that I called.

I received a call and voicemail message which my caller ID identified as from 262-703-1977. The voicemail message asked me to call Kohls at 1-888-814-3555, regarding my account. I called the 888 number and listened to a few seconds of a female faking or having an orgasm. I called 262-703-1977 to report this and spoke with a lady who said she couldn't help me because she was in the accounting department. I asked for Kohl's Security and she gave me Kohls Customer Service phone number of 800-564-5740. I spoke with a customer service rep and repeatedly had to explain the purpose of my call. I asked for Kohls Security and was simply informed that she would pass along my message. The End?

Got several calls from 414-257-1975 with a voicemail response to call 888-814-3555 (Kohls) - lady tells me she was trying to reach someone by the name of Eric. Wrong number. Claims she'll remove my number. Let's see if it works. I don't have a Kohls account.

I've been getting these calls 2-3 times a week for about 2 months. It's a new number, so I think they may be scanning for new phone number assignments and calling them to drum up credit card business. I called both the 262-703-1977 number on my caller ID and the number I was given in the voice message 888-814-3555. At both phone numbers I was asked for the last 4 digits of my SSN. I kept pressing 0 for operator until I got an actual person. I told her to put my number on their do-not-call list and to stop the harrassing calls. She says she did so, and apparently thought I was someone who's account was overdue, or they had the wrong phone number for someone else (yeah, sure) .... We'll see. I'm still going to file a complaint with the Indiana Attorney General's office.

I have received these messages that say they are from Kohl's. Called the number and an automated female voice wanted me to give them my account number or social security number. I did not. Sounds to me like a fraudulent call tyring to get my personal information. I have notified Kohl's and am awaiting a response from them. Don't give your numbers out over the phone!!

I tried to block this Kohl's call, which I get almost daily, but I could not. How do I get rid of them?

got a call to call this number, entered crap 0's. operator for kohl's credit card payments past due. Seems legit but they really need to not make it act like a scam! Kohl's should work on being more legitimate from the start...robo-calls from unknown callers don't look legit at all.

Caller (recorded voice) left a message in my answering maching and claimed from Kohl's Dept. store. Asked to call back. If picked up, asked to press 1 if is such person, then last 4 digits of ssn.

Received home voicemail asking me to call Kohl's Department Store at 1 888-814-3555. Call sounded suspicious so I did not return call, but did check Kohl's Customer Service contact numbers and found nothing close to this. Checked this site and based on others' experience, now believe call did not come from Kohl's.

Got a call at 740p last night. Did not answer. Said it was Kolhs but I had my doubts.
