For me it was a random survey. I don't have a Kohl's card.

I received 3 faxes asking me to call Kohl's - I don't have a Kohl's card. I checked the number on this site (thanks everyone for your posts - I wasn't going to call it in case it was a scam), called the number and the operator advised she would remove the number from their system.

we're a board of education office & started getting faxes about 2 weeks ago from this #.i called 262-703-1977, pressed zero each time it asked for acct. # & got a representative after just a short time.she removed our number from this list (or said she did).i'm to give it 24 hours to be removed, so i'll update with that info...

I have been receiving 2 to 3 faxes a day from Kohls department store. These faxes have been coming thru for 5 weeks now. It is so annoying, not 2 mention the paper it uses. I have a Kohls charge that has been paid of 4 10 months now. B4 the telephone man could leave out of the house from installing the fax machine, it was going off with the 1st fax from Kohls. They have never stopped. I have no idea what 2 do. HELP PLEASE

same cr@p here. not faxes; just incessant calls. i called the# and it wanted the last 4 digits of my social. i typed in 4 random digits, and was asked for my kohl's account number. i bagged my kohl's credit account in 1999, and now wouldn't renew on a bet. i suspect that the machine is trying to call the people who had our number, ohhhh... *9* years ago, now. i do not view as mine the burden of proof that i'm not them. last night i was connected with a representative, and didn't even let him talk. i told him we haven't done business with kohl's in years, and that they'd best give up calling our number. nope. got another call tonight. when i type in the usual random nonsense (no account#), their stupid machine gives me their normal business hours and tells me to phone then. so why the fcku can their *machine* call me after hours?sorry about the rant. totally frustrated. never buying from kohl's again.

First step is to call and tell them to remove your number. Write down the date, time and name of the person you spoke with. Second step is to write them a letter with this same information and again inform them to remove your number. Send it certified with return receipt required. Let them know they have 5-7 business days from day of receipt to remove your phone number form their records. If not, proceed to an attorney's office and file a harrassment suit.

I had been getting them, too. I went into Kohl's to have them check my account and they did not show any problems.

continual calls from these cruds who are only looking to trap people into giving them money etc. constant computer generated phone calls/tying up my voice mail box. Is there any way of legally going after these sods?

Kohl's Department Store. I think they are trying to collect money from someone that gave my phone #. Even though I have told them that they have an error and I don't have a Kohl's account, they keep calling every day with a recorded message. It appears to be robo-dialing.

I've been receiving annoying calls tittled "unknown" by my caller ID. At times, it's a live person and other times, it's a recording. The person will ask for "Arami" and I've told them a million times that they have the wrong number, and they then hang-up. The recording says that it is Kohl's Dept and provide the 888-814-3555 #. This is so ANNOYING!
