Strange call with weird tones, saying for the hearing impaired. States I haven’t activated my new credit cards.. well. I haven’t ordered any credit cards so I’m Assuming it’s a scam/spam caller!!!
Phones numerous times - close to twice every day for the past 3 weeks and doesn't leave a voicemail. I want this damn cell phone calls to end! I'm want to get in touch with Lemberg Law and filing suit. This calls are against the law.
Msg claimed to be from RBS/Citizen's Bank about activating a credit card that we did not order or receive. I called the number back and they would not look up the information without my SS# which I refused to give. I then asked to speak to a supervisor and they hung up.
Got a call from this number on my cell at 4:11 p.m. Friday Jan. 13, 2012. I didn't pick up because I didn't know who it was or what it was about.
Charter One bank. I have card with them. They did not call me, it came on an activation sticker.
