I get a letter from these "people" every month. They call 3-5 times a week. They were contacting me under my maiden name and now under my married name. Dept 893 PO Box 4115 Concord, CA...STOP HARASSING ME! I don't owe anything to you nor for Cash Advance America. I've never taken out a payday loan, so go suck it and save a stamp. I'll keep the $1,060 you are demanding from meand feed my family this Summer.

Got a letter in the mail from capio partners out of texas and ico out of california. Dept 319 pobox 4115 concord ca. Telling me I have outstanding balance of over 360.00 for a hospital that doesnt exist anymore, and it was dated 2009. I am a disabled veteran and go through the VA for medical and have since 2003.

I got one of these letters from Credit Solutions. They say I borrowed a book from Chicago library in 1948 and never returned it. I cannot find the book now. Will they put me in jail?

when lots of people get collection letters and calls and harassed over debts they never had or paid decades ago or some doctor never bothered billing you or insurance -- yeah fraudmy rules -- if a place wants any hope of getting paid they better bill me first because if decade or so later of nothing at all collection agency comes harassing then too bad for you and automatic fraud since how can i know it is real bill when original people are too lazy to bill you first -- some places have auditors come in a decade later and play the you could have done this bill padding scam and first thing collection agency time for billing habits

Fake debt collector! Now sends letters trying to dupe people into paying charged off debt, even if it's not the correct name. I gave two letters to the postmaster to send back, unopened, with "addressee unknown" when I told him of this junk debt scam. He said they probably have multiple lists of same name, different addresses to see who bites? And sends money. It doesn't fix credit! Past statute of limitations in most, if not all, States. Don't contact them! This is a BIG SCAM.
