I received the Credit Solutions notification for the Aircraft of the World title. I called and they had the monthly installments of the book being mailed to a address I lived at 16 years ago (another state). I just mentioned I never ordered or received the book and the lady closed my account. The whole call only took 2 minutes.

I also received a letter ..it was from an Arts & Crafts company , for a book thhat I never even received..from 1997 !!!!!..thought this matter was resolved a decade ago !!! Called the 888-855-7327..the customer service rep was very polite, and told me this matter would be taken care of. I also asked for a letter of confirmation that the matter at hand had been terminated...she complied...we'll see what happens.

Just got today same letter from Credit Solutions,L.L.C. Says I owe on a cook book from Internaional Masters Publishers...I never ordered any such book or ever heard of these people. Sounds like a scam to me also. Will turn into BBB.

I got a collection letter from this company saying I owed money on something I never ordered. I have never heard of the company they are saying I owe the money to. I reported it to the F.T.C. and the BBB. I also plan on writing the company a letter like you are supposed to just to cover my butt and tell them I don't owe the money because I have never heard of the company they are trying to collect the dept for. That is all I can do for now. Bill Rice is also the name of the guy on my letter.

Hi, I just got the same letter today. How are you sure it is a scam? My boyfriend and I looked up the Collection agency and the name of the company they say I owe this debt to and we came up with a lot of "scam" information. So, i found this site. I was just curious as to what your experiance is with this company. I made a call to the FTC and BBB.

I received the same letter wanting payment for Aircraft of the World. I sent a complaint to the USPS Postal Inspector via their website.

Recd same letter from Credit Solutions, LLC for international masters publishers re some subscription I did not order as well, and even if I had of ordered anything it would have been well over 10 years ago. Talk about your junk debt buyer! Ugh! I will be sending off a DV letter along with complaints to the BBB as well as the USPS inspector.

I HAVE ALSO RECIEVED A LETTER FROM THE SAME PEOPLE I SPOKE WITH A WOMAN ON THE PHONE WHO I CALLED N SHE TRIED TO TELL ME I ORDER A BOOK CALLED YOU AND YOUR CHILD I PROCEEDED TO ASK HER WHAT KINDA OF BOOK IT WAS SHE SAID IT WAS A BOOK FOR NEWBORNS TO TODDLER AGE SO I STOPED HER RIGHT THERE I HAVE 3 CHILDREN MY YOUNGEST IS 7 WHY WOULD I NEED 2 ORDER SOMETHING LIKE THAT N I ASK HER WHY THEY HAD MY MAIDEN NAME ON THERE IVE BEEN MARRIED OVER 11YRS N I DONT USE MY MAIDEN NAME BUT THAT THEY WERE SCAMMERS N I WAS TURNING THEM INTO BBB!TO EVERYONE PUT THERE MAKE SURE YOU OWE IT BEFORE YOU PAY IT THIS ISNT THE FIRST TIME THIS YEAR I ALMOST LOST MONEY SO JUST BE CAREFUL!
