Was receiving calls for a week or 2, and then got an email about my past due bill from kohls. The gal I talked to this morning was very nice and professional, no harassing at all.
Kohls won't resolve disputes in good faith . Even when it is there fault. So when you refuse to pay they deluge you with robo calls. The call blocker stops them all. If you call them back they won't attempt to resolve dispute. They need to be taken to court.
Calls multiple times a day, says it Kohl's, but the number they leave to call back doesn't match any of Kohl's numbers
This number IS Kohls and it is related to non-payment. However, do NOT call the number back, simply go into your online account and have a look, you may think that you paid when you did not. When you make a payment online you get a page that says "Payment Confirmation", which on all other websites means you've made a payment, but on the Kohls site it does NOT. You have to go to the bottom of the "Payment Confirmation" page and hit "approve", which then takes you to a page that thanks you for your payment. At first I thought how stupid of them to word it that way but then I realized if a million people mistakenly think they've paid when they did not, at $25 per late fee, that is $25 million dollars! Good for them to get free money but bad for us when it can affect our credit. Bottom line, no matter how busy and rushed you are, ALWAYS double check the payment is complete and be sure to save your payment information.
