I was on leave without pay from work for about 3 months and the calls that I had were just really alarming at first until I googled this number. The first call indicated " Mrs.XXX this is Agent Preston, I need for you or your attorney to call us immediately" another several phonecalls (6) same message. And yesterdays was Mrs. XXX from XXX, you or your attorney need to contact me, there is a complaint filed against you". Immediately after this one, I thought oh, my someone filed a grievance against me at work...but then I googled the number and company's name. I just came back to work and to get these calls, it was just alarming, my mind immediately started racing and thinking of anything that would cause someone to complain about me. In the meantime I was doing this, I got another call but my assistant told them that I could not receive any personal calls at work. These were 5 phone calls immediately one after another.

Do not owe any money, they say someone gave them my number and they said they will keep calling me.

First, off for those who say just pay your bills. I do pay my bills, but my hours were cut in half, this year and I was laid off from my part time job. So there were choices to what to pay and what not to pay. Basic needs are first and will always be. Single Mom here, and not edgible for all those great benefits cause I chose to work. So I am now receiving those harrasing phone calls, but I I feel that if it was a true legal form of debt collection I would receive something in the mail. I have recently got a new job, when I have something to offer or I get something in the mail. Then they will get something too. I have nothing to offer them, so no need to discuss it with them.

I do not work for PDM, but I can say they are at least a real company. They do debt collections for apartment complexes. They are very abusive and use questionable tactics.

They called and could not prove why they called, so I told them my lawyers would be calling on them on wednesday to serve them papers.Two days later they called again and made threats about what they are going to do.

Guy called me from "PDM incorporated," stating he was from the "bad check" division," asking for someone I don't know, saying I was listed as a contact for this person. He was very rude and asked if I could get a message to them. I told him I had no idea who that person was or how they got my number (which was a cell phone), said sorry, and I hung up. Five minutes later, he called back, saying action would be filed in "La***** County" against the individual, and would I take his name and number and get a message to them. I told him I didn't know who it was, and to take my number off his records. He said, "well, I didn't put your name and number on here." I told him I didn't care who did it, he better stop calling me. He asked me, "why?" and I yelled at him, "because I told you not to...what part of don't call me do you not understand?" and hung up on him. I'm hoping he won't call me back, but I have no idea how they got my name and cell phone number. Never heard of the person me mentioned ever before.

Abusive caller. Caller harassed my office staff and disrupted business. Multiple calls with open threats to my employees and myself.
