I received a call from Bruce Vincent in June 2016 stating that I owe a pass due balance for an apartment finial balance when I moved out in December 2015. I told him that I do NOT OWE anything because it was paid by money order on February 2, 2016 when I walked in and gave it to the property manager. They gave me a fax number to fax proof but the fax number did not work. Now it is on my credit report I wish they would get their information correct!!! So I went on the internet the other day found another fax number faxed it to them. They are located at 7948Baymeadows Way 2nd Floor in Jacksonville, FL that's the headquarters.

Just received a call from these clowns and it made me laugh. I don't owe anybody a damned cent and pay my bills on time. But I will follow up with our BBB and an attorney.

They call me and leave me messages without telling me what or who are they calling about.

Got a recorded message saying "we have an important message for you" and to call an 888 number. I don't need to call the number to know it's a scam. But there must be enough idiots who do fall for it or these criminals wouldn't waste their time cooking up fake company names and so on to make a fast buck.

Someone, I think she said her name was Melissa has left several messages from this number stating that I need to call her and that it's urgent and imperative. If I don't recognize a number then I don't answer. If they can't say what it's about in the voicemail then they don't get a call back. Sick of it.

The the persons and people who like to comment about PAY YOUR BILL!!! Well not everyone is behind on bills or even the person they are calling. They have been calling my daughters cell phone for about 4 months and she has had the same number for 2 years... Now all of a sudden they are calling her phone and not even looking for anyone. Did you ever think that they are getting your number by sold phone number lists? Or that someone is giving a random phone number... No 2 people can have the same number in the same area at the same time. But in this case they aren't even looking for anyone. They are just calling her phone to harrass her. They do every other day. They don't even ask for anyone... There is something wrong with this company... I have reported them several times.. Your best bet to get them to stop calling if they aren't looking for someone or they are asking for the wrong person is to take it to the BBB... I had that problem with another company that wouldn't listen on my home phone. It was for someone who had the number before us. They wouldn't quit calling so after 2 years we couldn't get anyone to do anything so we took it to the BBB and they dealt with it within 30 days and we haven't receicved a call since. Its been 5 years. I do hope this information helps some of you. I know if she gets one more call I am taking it to the BBB... They will take care of it.

Got 5 calls in a row today. First call they were leaving a message for someone that I never heard of. I picked up said "you are calling a wrong number" and hung up. 2nd time, I picked up and said "you are calling a wrong number" hung up. 3rd time I picked up and said hello. He asked for someone I never heard of. I yelled "I've told you twice you are calling the wrong number" I informed him that if they call again I am getting a lawyer he laughed and said "go ahead". I hung up. 4th time he called and told me "keep yelling and screaming, I can keep doing this all day". I said so can I and hung up. 5th time I picked up the phone and said "this phone call is now being forwarded to XYZ state attorney generals office" and hung up. They have not called back. And yes, they are being reported.

We do say wrong number.. But it is you collectors who don't have a clue and don't take the hint DON'T CALL THE NUMBER AGAIN.... DUH.... COMMON SENSE COLLECTOR... BUT NO YOU KEEP CALLING AND CALLING... IT IS THE RUDE COLLECTORS THAT ARE DUMBA**. There are some who are helpful and nice... IF YOUR COMPANY WAS THAT WAY YOU SEE BETTER RESULTS IN COLLECTING YOUR DEBT. My daughter nor I have no late bills or past collections... STUPID PDM COLLECTORS THAT CAN'T TAKE WRONG NUMBER AS AN ANSWER... POUR BABIES... WHINE WHINE... YOU ALL AT PMD ARE CLUELESS.... And if you are legit well you have been reported to the BBB of Fl. on my daughter cell phone once again. Chew on that....

I am having the same problem and I ran all 3 of my reports.

Also when they call if your the person in question or immediated family they are NOT ALLOWED TO REVEAL ANYTHING ABOUT YOU OWE ANY MONEY. So Collector don't know there laws.... If they reveal to anyone other than the person in question that you owe money you can sue them... Each state will have check to see though.
