Most unprofessional bunch of losers I have ever heard of I am hoping the attorney generals office in my state and in Florida can do something with these jokers and their collecting on bills you never made and the way they treat you.

I understand that you have to pay these bills and thats my every intentions, or I wouldnt have called to make arrangements...I had double surgeries in April 2011 and that was my reason for falling behind. But we are all adults and there is not need to talk to me like a child and no reason for all the threats, when I am the one putting forth all the effort. As I explained ..I have already made one payment and the other was scheduled to come out this past sat, but I was unable to put money on the pre-paid card, they suggest I have, verses mailing it in.. So I called to tell them to take it out this evening, and they started threating and saying what they would do, if I didnt pay...Its like thanks, but I understood the first 50x's you told.....Save the aggressive tactics for people that dont want to pay....because its not me...I also tried to call and speak with management about the clerk I was assigned and they told me, we need to get along....SMH....Never ever, have I ran across rude people like this ever in a business...

Abusive caller. Never could understand what his name was, he would always mumble it. He made himself sound like a detective and that "I had a formal complaint filed with the police." I knew the area code wasn't where I live so I asked "Who is this? What is this about?" He refused to tell me anything and when I told him I was at work and I couldn't talk, he called my phone over and over again. Continued calling up until 5:00pm (litterally 12 calls). Apparently the scum bags sleep at 5:00pm EST.

i received a call and they lie so well when i was not at work they asked for my boss. i have been paying 20.00 a month on this what jerks

got a call today from pdm and the lady was very rude and threatening she told me they was gonna put out a warrant for my husbands arrest i laugh at her they were trying to say we owed $1000.00 dollars and we never got a loan from this people .......that was uncalled for what they are doing to everyone ...

I have called several times and asked for someone different and they told me, that I had to get along with the clerk, that has been assigned to me..

This number called asking for me how do they know who i am 904-398-0080 what can i do so that they will not call me any more

this same number has called my house 3 times in the last week and left one message stating it was a serious matter and needed to contact them asap. number called me today and i answered it. it was a man ( never stated his name ). he asked for me, but i never say its me unless i know who it is. i just told him she doesnt live here and to take my number off his list, thinking it was a telemarketer. he said this is a serious matter and if i knew how to get in touch with her to leave her a message. and i said i dont know her you have to wrong number. he continued to talk to me and ask me why she would give him this number( which i never gave him my number). He kept saying it was serious matter. i just finished by telling him i have no idea who she is and she doesnt live here. ( i have no debts, i have no credit!) theres no reason these people should be calling me. the man was very loud and pushy!

Mr.Ben Frazier calls this number looking for someone that does not live at this number. I havt told Mr. Frazier this a number of times. I have relayed the messages,but Mr. Frazier insists on tactics that are harrassing, belittling, demeaning, and just plain nasty. He has insulted me more than once.

FIRST:There is a statute of limitations on collecting debt... depending on the State that the debt is in. If it is past the Statute you can sue the Debt Collector. An attorney friend of mine makes a very good living suing these guys.SECOND:These companies by Bad Debt for sometimes $0.05 on the dollar and whatever they get you to pay over that they keep. It is a very lucrative racket. They dont work for anyone but themselves. If you pay them then you are a sucker and just got conned. Odds are that your debt has already been erased by the company that they are trying to collect for.Its not a bad side business to get into because there are alot of you that get scared when someone calls you and threatens you.Go online and get a free credit report from either Transunion Equifax or Experian.... when you get your report you can dispute any of the negatives you have on your report. You can also see if the debt has already been charged off... if it has then you don't have to pay anyone! If nothing else call a lawyer that specializes in debt and ask them to sue the person trying to collect on a debt that is past the Statute ....
