Robin, this is the exact one that called me looking for my daughter, and the next thing you know he's calling me within the next 30 minutes saying that she had a claim against her. He was calling me because I was a Guarantor for her when they leased an apartment almost two years ago. This idiot had the nerve to tell me that he'd take a lien out against my property. I told him that I had no property, and then he went into telling me that my husband did and I was his wife!!! Can you believe this? I plan to send a Cease and Desist letter to them on Monday (CERTIFIED) and do not want any further phone contact, and if he has information that can prove they own any money, then they need to send all applicable information CERTIFIED to me!!! They are crazy hounds!!!My daughter spoke with this Frank Johnson who tried to be an [***], but I am not one to be bullied. I'm a professional and I will handle him/them in a professional manner. They autodial me, then nobody comes on so I can tell them to stop calling. I know they're NOT calling for me, and right after they call my house #, they call my cell !!! How would they get these numbers? I tried to call them and all I got was a recording, asking me to leave my contact info. Who the heck are these people?? I'm on a DO NOT CALL LIST !

I recieved my call today from 1-904-398-0080, I missed the call but, I then immediately Google strange numbers and it led me here... now I can say that after just having purchased a new home, a new car, New furniture.... I do not go to the hospital unless i am dying which hasn't happened in more than ten years. I recently discovered that I have this neat little function on my Cell phone called and ignore list... needless to say that number has been added to it! both Samsung and LG cell phones have this function. So let them keep trying and they can feel free to turn me over to the credit bureau's because it dont matter no way. I will dispute it and they will have to prove or dissmiss. God I love america. And as for the people employed by collection agency, I don't begrudge you nor do i demean you for having a stupid job. I hope that you can take the money you harass from some poor fellow and buy you an education so that you may obtain more respectable employment in the future! God Bless every one of you!

This is the first time that I've gotten a call from these people and the first time that my daughter got a phone call from them too. The guy who called was Frank Johnson and he was sooooooo very rude. He tried to tell us that if we didn't handle this situation by 6:00pm today he was going to turn it over as a bad debt. How the heck would we know anything about this in the first place. He actually told me who my husband purchased our home from (the lady's name), the title company and everything. I think he was trying to see if I had property.....however, my husband had this home prior to us getting married, and this guy had no business going into this information. I think this was absolutely illegal and will more than likely be contacting an attorney on Monday.Regards,Florida Florida

ID thieves and bill collectors buy and sell your information. Cheer up; it costs them money every time they give up and have to sell. Thieves want you to call them back in order to collect more information to sell to others if they can't con you. Don't ever give out or "confirm" ANY information over the telephone, including your name; it's the safest way to protect yourself. If you call them back, they have your number. If you identify yourself, they have your name, and so on. Do not push any buttons or leave messages. These are common tactics of thieves and bill collectors alike. Beware, these thieves ARE POSTING HERE (800notes) to confuse people.You can help your entire community by doing what I did. Contact your local TV station and tell them about this website, so that they can share it with their viewers. I have offered good advice here. I received a phone call from this company today and spoke with Jay. I had an outstanding debt with my last apartment that I was unaware of. Jay was very pleasant and polite and even gave me a suggestion regarding apartment walkthroughs for my next apartment because I felt that some of the charges were unfair. This was my first apartment and I appreciated his advice for the future. When I told Jay that I would like to pay the bill but didn't have enough for the full payment, he asked if I would be willing to set up a payment plan and I said yes. I set the monthly amount and when the payment would be processed. I thought this was very fair considering I owed money to someone else and I was being given the chance to pay the money over time.This was the first phone call that I received from them and Jay was courteous at all times. I will be sure to update if I have any problems with them through the payment process but so far it has been a pleasant experience for an unpleasant task.

I keep getting phone calls from this company but the thing is I haven't lived in an apt complex in 14 years! Guess I'm going to have to file a complaint with the FCC about this company.

Don't know why I'm receiving these call's from this Florida number (904-398-0080)when my phone service & residence is in Pennsylvania.
